- Have my 22+ years of expertise through emails and zoom calls.
- Schedule weekly sessions essentially adding me to your creative team.
- Weekly meetings for brainstorming, creative problem-solving, deep listening and reflecting, staff enrichment, peacemaking, course correcting, envisioning, and coaching.
- Business Admin Support: help with researching & writing up documents, safety plans, staff manuals, training pathways, newsletters to your community, and job listings.
- One-time or schedule continual support.
Pricing:
- Weekly consultations, coaching, creative brainstorming (1 hour/week), plus 1-hour/week admin support, plus email support = $240/month
- Weekly consultations, coaching, creative brainstorming (1hour/week) = $160/month
- Admin support = $35/hour

Background:
Consulting can help you shortcut years of trial and error and achieve success much quicker than on your own. There can be a lot of unexpected challenges and aspects to running a nature-based business that can be navigated easily with someone who has been there before.
Kevin started the first Wilderness School in Indiana back in 2003. Since then he has been teaching classes for all ages and training staff, some of whom have gone on to start their own organization. He has consulted with Forest School leaders who are just starting off and even those who have been operating for years. |
