Rompin' Otters Homeschooler Class
|
Homeschoolers get to play, explore, and learn outdoors with experienced nature mentors. This is a place where a kid's confidence in nature and in themselves grows. Students learn how to use knives and tools, build natural shelters, find & cook wild edible plants, track wild animals, and play lots of wilderness games.
Details:
Cost: $624 for 13 classes
*Start anytime and pay only for the remaining classes ($48 per class).
Spring Session: Begins Wednesdays starting February 18, 2026. Last class is May 20, 2026.
No class March 18 for spring break. We will have a spring break camp March 18-20 (Wed-Fri).
Gear List: backpack, water or drink, snack, appropriate clothing for the weather *we will be outside as much as possible however if it is raining we have a shelter house.
Optional items: bandana, small camping mug, wood carving knife, natural mystery for nature show n' tell.
No electronics needed or allowed. (cell phones, watches)
