Relationship & Survival Workshop
Learn to Thrive in your Relationship and Survive in the Wilderness
A Class for Couples
Remember that amazing relationship class that you took in high school or college where you learned about how to cultivate a healthy relationship versus how to sabotage one? Neither do we! It probably didn’t exist, and yet we all find ourselves in relationships throughout life.
We’ve combined wilderness survival skills and relationship thriving skills to create a fun adventure to do as a couple. We are relationship coaches who practice what we teach.

Most of us were never taught to survive in relationships or in nature.
In this workshop we strive to give partners foundational knowledge in both of these areas and to show how the two are connected. The class will be taught through a combination of presentations, discussions, exercises with your significant other, and nature activities. Get ready for a fun adventure with your loving partner!
You’ll leave with skills that will last a lifetime.

"I view my responsibility here as "teaching myself out of a job". :)
My goal is to teach couples the "language" of healthy relationships, filling their toolbox with evidence-based skills.
If I'm doing my job right, couples become increasingly empowered and comfortable using these at home, reducing their conflict and increasing their confidence in navigating the ups and downs of relating!"
