Youth Archery Class
Saturday Dec. 8th, 1-4pm at WNP
Ages 9-13, $40
So many kids love doing archery. Every now and then we get to do some archery in our wilderness youth classes but we don't get to spend much time with this ancient skill. This class will take us deep into the many skills to develop into an excellent archer.
Kids are encouraged to bring their own bow and arrows if they have them or they can use ours. The age limit is set at 9 to be sure that kids are big enough to draw back on the bowstring.

2. If you haven't done so already for another recent program then fill out the Smartwaiver (tab bottom of your screen)
3. Pay with cash or check on the day of the class on Dec. 8th

- Shooting techniques and safety
- Target practice from different positions (standing, kneeling, prone, or elevated position)
- Stalking and Moving through the wilderness with a bow and arrows
- Practice on targets of varying distance and size
