Rompin' Otters Homeschooler Class
ages 7-12
Tuesdays beginning February 11th

Join us for an exciting day of playing, adventures, and learning in nature while building routines and foundations of ecological knowledge of place. Through activities, stories, and games we will exercise the senses, improve navigation and survival skills, discover the plants and animals of our surroundings, and simply experience the fun and mystery in nature.

Homeschoolers get to play, explore, and learn outdoors with experienced nature mentors. This is a place where a kid's confidence in nature and in themselves grows. Students learn how to use knives and tools, build natural shelters, find & cook wild edible plants, track wild animals, and play lots of wilderness games.

Cost: $672 for 14 classes

Teachers: Kevin Glenn and Gabe McMahan

Fall Session: Begins Tuesday February 11th, 2025. Last class is May 20th.
No class March 18th due to spring break. Join our Spring Break camp!

Gear List: journal and pencil, water or drink, snack, bandana, small camping mug, knife (optional), clothing to be out in the weather, natural mystery (optional), backpack

No electronics needed or allowed! (cell phones, ipods, watches, fitbits)
